Having worked extensively with middle and high schoolers in the American school system as a teacher, coach and mentor, Renuka forms an excellent rapport with her students, understanding their aspirations and strengths and she works with them to ensure that their applications are strong, authentic and unique. She hand-holds both students and parents through every step of this journey, encouraging students to think outside the box and keeping them on track. Her students have been accepted at some of the top universities in the US, UK and India.
